Smila Zinecker explains: “I am a human living in cities in western Europe (DE, BE, UK, FR), currently in Antwerp. As an artist-researcher I look for stories and tales telling about (non)life in those cities. These I like to translate into images, textiles, figures. The past months I made some of them into a mobile puppet play. For a living I work as a costume maker, puppet maker, seamstress and very occasionally as artist.”

Performance: Thursday September 18th at 7pm and September 21st at 3pm
'a day in a city' ~ 30 mins, ENG (but language not super essential)
is a mobile puppet play for an audience of many ages. Figures, sounds and images tell you a tale of daily routine in streets that are a little familiar, and a little alien. 
There is the crow telling the tale of the mosquitos to the postman, and a wolf hunting for a house.
